How to Reset your Master Password
Master password resets must be requested via chat support. For security purposes, only an admin of your Lockwell organization can request a master password reset.
Lockwell Users
Ask an admin of your Lockwell team to follow the steps below to request a master password reset for your account.
Lockwell Admins
Open the Lockwell Desktop or Web app & click the chat button in the bottom-right corner.
Send us a message requesting a Master Password Reset for yourself or a member of your team.
If requesting a reset for a team member, please include their Lockwell account email.
