It's been 24 hours and I'm not seeing my new team members in my workspace ...
Here are the steps to follow if you need to invite new team members and they are not appearing on the new user list:
Have a Lockwell Admin who is also a Super Admin of the workspace Sign into the Lockwell Web App.
As the owner/super admin, stay signed into the web app for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes refresh the list above and you should see that the new team members are available to invite.

Note that Google Support cannot tell you who the Super Admin of your workspace is, here are some tips to help you connect with your Super Admin.
We can’t tell you exactly who your administrator is. But here are ideas of who to ask.
Your administrator might be:
The person who gave you your username
Someone in your IT department or Help desk (at a company or school)
The person who manages your email service or web site (in a small business or club)
