If you need to pay for your own Log Ninja subscription, you can subscribe directly in the mobile app.
You do not need to subscribe separately if your company is paying for your access through the Transport Operator Portal.
Before you subscribe
Check with your company first if you are not sure who is paying for your access.
Your Log Ninja subscription can be paid for in one of two ways:
Your company pays for your access through the Transport Operator Portal.
You subscribe yourself in the Log Ninja mobile app.
If your company is paying for your access, your subscription will be covered while their company-paid subscription for you is active.
How to subscribe
In the Log Ninja mobile app, tap Account in the bottom navigation.
Tap Subscription.
Tap View plans.
Choose the plan you want to subscribe to.
Complete the subscription payment through the App Store or Google Play.
To check your subscription is active: go to Account → Subscription. If everything is set up, you'll see Active at the top of the screen.

If you joined Log Ninja before 1 June 2026, you qualify for the Founding Member rate for your first billing period. This offer is available for a limited time.

The Founding Member rate applies to your first billing period only. After that, your subscription renews at the standard rate.
