The Service can be used through several options:
➡️ 1-Year Public Subscription (access to the service for the duration of the subscription, starting from the beginning of the first ride)
➡️ 1-Year Business Subscription (PDME) (access to the service for the duration of the subscription, starting from the beginning of the first ride) – This offer is exclusively available to companies participating in the Employer Mobility Plan of the Rouen Normandy Metropolitan Area.
➡️ 1-Day Pass (access to the service for 24 hours starting from the beginning of the first ride)
➡️ 7-Day Pass (access to the service for 7 days starting from the beginning of the first ride)
To access the LOVÉLO self-service service, the user must create a user account either on the website www.lovelolibreservice.fr or via the LOVÉLO libre-service mobile app, using a valid mobile phone number, email address, and bank card.
The price of the service is done in 2 stages:
1/ Take out a subscription or Pass to access the LOVÉLO Self-service service.
2/ For each journey: the first 30 minutes are free, then the journey is chargeable in increments of 30 additional minutes* at €1, including tax.
For example, if you make a 45-minute journey, you are billed €1 plus the cost of the 1-day Pass at €1, for a total of €2, including tax.
If you subscribe to a 7-day Pass for €5 and make 7 journeys of 1h30, i.e. 7 x €2, you will be billed a total of €19, including tax.
