The app allows me to locate on the map the nearest station where I can rent a bike. If needed, I can also get guided to the station via Google Maps.

➡️ I approach the bike attached to a raspberry-colored rack.
➡️ To unlock the bike, I tap the “Scan QR to unlock” button, then scan the QR code located on the shackle at the back of the bike. The app then displays the bike number I'm about to rent and reminds me of the rental terms. I confirm by tapping the “Unlock” button.
➡️ The lock on the rear wheel automatically opens, releasing the cable securing the bike to the station. The ride begins as soon as the lock is opened.
⚠️ Unfortunately, the app does not allow you to rent multiple bikes at the same time using the same account.
⚠️⚠️ When unlocking, the spokes of the rear wheel may obstruct the lock from opening. In that case, gently move the wheel to release the metal loop of the lock without applying sudden force.
