My bike does not work

Does something need to be fixed with your bike?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to report the issue to us through the application.

If you've identified an issue after scanning and unlocking the bike at a station:

➡️ End your trip by clicking the "END TRIP" button, then lock the bike's lock.

➡️ Report your problem by clicking the "REPORT A PROBLEM" button, then choose the incidents corresponding to the identified issue(s).

➡️ Confirm your selection by clicking the "REPORT A PROBLEM" button again.

Our customer service team will handle the adjustment for your trip and get back to you.

When scanning a bike, the application might already know the issue, and you will receive the message, "Sorry, this bike is out of order." Follow the application's instructions.

If you notice the problem after starting your trip, report the issue and always reattach the bike to a station rack.

Please contact our customer support if you can no longer unlock it to return it to a station,

⚠️It's essential to return a bike to a station. If technical or application-related difficulties prevent this, please report the issues to our customer support. Otherwise, the management reserves the right to apply a financial penalty depending on the inconvenience.

⏳ If the "trip" lasted more than 5 minutes, you must wait 10 minutes before taking another bike.
