Our standard delivery from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, on our by-the-box service, starts from £7.95 per box and other items. If your stuff is being delivered to a location greater than 25 miles from the collection address, an additional charge of £7 per box per 25 miles applies – bikes will cost an additional £60 per box.
More specific timeslots, next day and Saturday deliveries might be available for an extra charge, depending on location - this will be available on your checkout. If you don't see it when you place your delivery order, then it is not possible to select more specific timeslots (delivery in the morning only, for example).
During peak periods, we may charge extra for certain dates. This includes some Mondays and Fridays in September and October.
For some remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, the delivery of your boxes and other items can take up to 2 working days.
