Our standard delivery service is £7.95 per box or other item from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday. If your stuff is being delivered to a new address that is greater than 25 miles from the collection address, an additional charge of £7 per box or item per 25 miles will be applied. By example:
0-25 miles: Standard delivery charges apply, starting from £7.95 per item
26-50 miles: £7.95 plus £7 per item, making the cost per item, £14.95
51-75 miles: £7.95 plus £14 per item, making the cost per item, £21.95
Further increments: £7 per item for each additional miles travelled.
How is the mileage calculated? The total mileage is calculated using Google’s driving mileage between your collection and return address.
Why do we charge more the further your items travel? We take our responsibility to look after your items seriously and want to ensure they are delivered directly from one of our storage facilities to your doorstep. This will significantly reduce the likelihood of any of your items getting damaged or lost, however, a high quality and bespoke service unfortunately costs us more to deliver, particularly when you can choose to have your items delivered to any UK postcode.
Are there any additional charges? Busy days, such as Mondays and Fridays may incur additional charges. You can choose optional upgrades such as specific timeslots, next-day or Saturday deliveries. Premium doorstep deliveries are also available for an additional charge. The prices for each option selected are clearly explained when placing your return order.
