Redelivery Charges:
The cost depends on the number of items and the distance from the collection address.
Within a 25-mile radius, standard delivery starts from £7.95 per item.
For distances beyond 25 miles:
£7 per box is charged for deliveries over 25 miles during regular periods.
The charge increases to £22 per item for distances above 50 miles.
Delivery services vary depending on the user's storage duration and contract specifics. Be sure to check your account for the most accurate pricing details based on your specific items and distances. All costs, including returns, are prominently displayed when scheduling the delivery in your LOVESPACE account. This flexible structure ensures it’s easy to manage your items, whatever your needs may be.
Additional and Special Charges
Peak Dates and Time Slots: Deliveries during peak dates (e.g., Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, or September and October) or next-day services may incur higher charges.
Specific Time Slots: Additional charges apply for specific delivery slots like mornings or Saturdays.
Long-Distance Deliveries:
Moving to another city (e.g., from London to Manchester) incurs a base delivery charge of £7.95 per box or item, with a supplementary £6 per item for longer distances.
Professional delivery to a local address within 3' x 5' storage units costs from £124.
