Our standard delivery from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday starts from £7.95 per box and other items. If your stuff is being delivered to a location greater than 25 miles from the collection address, an additional charge of £7 per box per 25 miles applies. For example: The base return cost applies per item, including boxes and other types of items.
Within 25 miles: Standard delivery charges apply, starting at £7.95 per item.
Beyond 25 miles - up to 50 miles: An extra £7 per item is applied, bringing the cost to £14.95 per item.
Beyond 50 miles - up to 75 miles: An extra £14 per item is applied, making the total £21.95 per item.
And so forth: The surcharge increases by £7 per item for every additional 25-mile increment.
Bikes currently in storage will incur a surcharge of £60 per item, in addition to a distance-based surcharge of £6 per bike for every 25 miles. Note: Bikes are not collected as part of our by-the-box service.
More specific timeslots, next day and Saturday deliveries are available for an extra charge. Next-day and Saturday deliveries start at £10 per item, while more specific time slots may incur additional fees.
During peak periods, we may charge extra for certain dates. This includes some Mondays and Fridays in September and October. These additional charges account for increased operational demand during peak times.
For some remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands, the delivery of your boxes and other items can take up to 2 working days.
