For our by-the-box service, every box and other item is covered for up to £100 both on its way to and from our storage facility and also when inside, provided it’s properly and securely packed. For more information, please see our packing guide.
You can increase your coverage per box and other items for an extra charge. For £1.45 per box or other item per month, we’ll cover you up to £200. Whereas for £2.95 per box or other item per month, we’ll cover you up to £500.
