Can I reschedule my collection or make changes to my Storage Units order?

Yes, of course. If you want to make amendments to your storage units order, you can contact our customer team via chat, or by e-mail on info@lovespace.co.uk or phone on 0800 802 1018.

If you'd like to cancel or make changes to your order, there will be no charge if the changes are requested more than 2 working days in advance. This means that if your collection is on a Monday, get in touch by 11am the Thursday before.

Cancellations or changes made after 11am and within two working days of your collection will be charged 50% of the collection fee that you paid during booking.

Any changes or cancellations made on the day of your collection will result in no refund, only the first month of storage where applicable. This includes failed collections, where you weren't available after our driver arrived at your address.
