So that your collection is successful first time, please make sure you’ve entered your address accurately, with the correct postcode.
If you need to make any changes to your order, you must contact our customer team via chat, or e-mail on info@lovespace.co.uk or phone 0800 802 1018, at least 2 working days before your collection.
If your collection is missed or marked as failed, you'll need to reschedule and may incur additional fees.
Cancellations or changes made after 11am and within two working days of your collection will be charged 50% of the collection fee that you paid during booking.
If the driver has to wait for more than 15 minutes for you for any reason, you will be charged the collection fee, and the collection will be cancelled. If you have ordered packing and collection, you will be charged the total of the collection and packing fee.
