All you need to do is let us know! The easiest way to change your delivery is through the LOVESPACE account. Alternatively, just drop us an email or give us a call on 0800 802 1018 before 11am one working day before your delivery. This means that if your delivery is on a Monday, then get in touch by 11am the Friday before.
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to cancel your delivery after 11am two working days before your delivery is due to take place. If this is the case, or if you let us know on the day of your delivery, we will still attempt your delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful, your stuff will be delivered back to our storage facility. You’ll then need to place a new order and will be charged again for delivery.
Any special requests, like changing the postcode, a doorstep service, or any other, will need to be done before this cut-off time.
