Our standard collection is free for our by-the-box service!
In some areas, you can upgrade to a collection from the doorstep if you live above the ground floor and have a lift, which is an extra £30. Premium service also includes an email with a 2-hour ETA, at around 6pm the evening before and a call from the driver on collection day.
Friday, Saturday and the first available day also have an additional fee, and this depends on how many boxes we are collecting.
In case you wish to cancel your collection, you would need to let us know by 11am the working day before to ensure you get a full refund. This means, that if the collection is on Wednesday, you will need to let us know before 11am on Tuesday. We might still be able to cancel after this, however, you would not receive a full refund.
