We offer delivery of cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, and all packing materials within 1–2 working days. For next-day delivery (excluding Sunday), place your order by 11am the working day before you need them. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date to ensure materials arrive exactly when needed.
Please note that delivery services do not operate on Bank Holidays, and weekend deliveries are not guaranteed. Orders placed after 11am are generally expected to arrive within 2 working days. To avoid disruptions, plan your orders around these dates.
If you need more time to pack your items, place a materials order here separate from your collection order. If your packing materials don't arrive on time, you have options:
Reschedule your collection to a later date
Source your own packing materials (we'll credit the cost of boxes you originally ordered to your account if you report the delay before the planned collection date)
To ensure the timely delivery of your packing materials:
Place your orders early, preferably before 11am for faster processing
Always select a preferred delivery date during checkout
Allow sufficient time between materials delivery and collection date for packing
