If you have placed a materials order along with your collection order, you can edit it or cancel it up to 1 hour after you have booked it.
If you have placed a separate materials order (separate checkout from your collection order), you can change or cancel it by 11am the working day before the delivery. This means if the materials are due to be delivered on Wednesday, you will need to cancel before 11am on Tuesday to ensure the order is cancelled and a full refund can be issued. You will not be able to edit or cancel after 11am the working day before and the materials will still be delivered to you the next day.
To edit your separate materials order, please e-mail us or call us with your requested changed and order ID.
To cancel your separate materials order, you can log into your account and click on 'Orders' and 'Cancel'.
