Our challenges are free for everyone to take part, whether you’re part of a workplace or not. 😄

This includes those who don’t work or are retired. You can take part simply by heading out for a bike ride during the challenge period. You can also join a club/group for free and compete on the groups leaderboard.

To compete with your workplace and be eligible to win prizes you need to be part of a site with a subscription. See here for more information on Love to Ride for Business, or to book a call with our Account Manager, Charley, check out his personal meeting link.📞

Jump straight to your question:

What if I work from home or don’t ride to work?

You don’t need to ride to work to take part in the challenge. In fact, you only need to go for one ride, even a quick ride around the park or down a quiet street to earn points. As long as the ride takes place during the challenge period then it will contribute to the workplace results. 💪

You also have 48 hours to record your rides after the official end of the challenge. ⏳

Can my workplace still take part if my co-workers are based in different locations?

Your workplace can still take part if your work mates live all around the country. Everyone can log rides and compete on the individual leaderboards all year round no matter where they’re based.

However, only those who live in an area with a site subscription or with a Love to Ride Business subscription will have access to their own Love to Ride business page and be eligible to win prizes. Check out this page for more information on Love to Ride business.

Can I take part in the challenge if I don’t have a workplace?

Yes! We encourage individuals to take part in the challenge, including those who do unpaid work or are retired. They can take part simply by heading out for a bike ride during the challenge period.

Individuals can continue to register or join a workplace throughout the duration of the challenge period. They can also join a club/group and compete on the groups leaderboard, available all year round. Find out more about Clubs/Groups here.
