Earn points and top the leaderboards

To start earning points for your workplace, all you have to do is start logging your rides!

Each time you log a bike ride or encourage someone*, you earn points, and points mean prize drawing entries. Your points will get added to your workplace total and you'll compete together on the workplace leaderboards to earn the most points.

Here’s all the essential information on earning points:

👉 Earn points for every day and mile you ride

👉 Earn MEGA points for encouraging others to ride

👉 More points equals a better spot on the leaderboard

👉 The more you ride and encourage, the more chances you have to win prizes

Here’s how the points system works:

*Another rider can name you as their encourager on their Love to Ride profile after logging their first ride in the challenge. Or, you can invite people to the challenge using the unique link from your profile (go to 'Invite friends - Copy link'). If someone clicks your link and takes part in Cycle September, you'll automatically gain your encourager status! :-)

Why do we reward encouragement so much? Because getting more people riding bikes is what our challenge are all about! Click below to find out more.

Earning points made easy

Make scoring points even easier by using the Love to Ride app. Our app, automatically logs all your bike rides, long and short, without needing to press 'start' and 'stop'. That means you're earning points for your workplace and entering prize drawings without having to lift a finger!
