integrating Loyoly with Splio

How to connect Splio to Loyoly

Connecting Splio is a two-step.

1. Log in to Splio

Then navigate to Users→ API Users

Splio API Key

  • Click New User

  • Rename your API key

  • Copy your API key

2. Log in to your Loyoly back office

Then go to:

  • Settings → Integrations → Splio

  • Paste your API key

  • Click Connect

Well done! Splio is now connected to Loyoly 🌟

Once the setup is complete, a data synchronization process will begin, transferring your customers’ loyalty information. We synchronize all users present in the CRM.

💡 Please note that depending on the number of customers, the data sync may take several hours.


Find out which properties are synchronized with Splio

To configure your emails using Splio, Loyoly needs to share certain customer-related information. Here are the details

  • Customer point balance: the customer’s current available points that they can use immediately.

  • Customer mission count: the number of missions the customer has completed.

  • Customer rewards count: the total number of rewards the customer has claimed.

  • Customer referral count: the number of referrals made by the customer.

  • Customer tier: displayed only if the customer belongs to a tier. This variable is updated as soon as the customer changes tier, either according to the access method or if you modify the tier parameters.
