How to connect Braze to Loyoly
Connecting to Braze is done in two steps.
1. Log in to Braze
Then go to Settings → API Keys :
Braze API Key (REST API)
Click Create Private API Key.
Rename your key and grant all permissions.
Then copy your API key.
REST Endpoint
Copy the REST Endpoint key.
2. Log in to your Loyoly back office
Then go to:
Settings → Integrations
Click Connect.
Copy and paste your two API keys.
Congratulations! Braze is now connected to Loyoly 🌟
Once the installation is complete, a data synchronization process will be initiated, transferring your customers’ loyalty information. All users in the CRM are synchronized.
💡 Keep in mind that, depending on the number of customers, the data synchronization may take several hours.
Find out which properties are synchronized with Braze
To set up your emails using Braze, Loyoly needs to share certain customer-related information. Here are the details:
Customer point balance: The customer’s current point balance that can be used immediately.
Customer missions count: The number of missions the customer has completed.
Customer rewards count: The total number of rewards the customer has claimed.
Customer referrals count: Indicates the number of referrals made by the customer.
The tier in which the customer is located : Displayed only if the customer belongs to a tier. This variable is updated whenever the customer changes tiers, either based on the access method or if you modify the tier parameters.
