Introduction

Connect Loyoly to Cegid to synchronise customer information and in-store orders, and manage the use of promotional codes and vouchers.


How to connect Cegid to Loyoly

Connecting to Cegid is a two-step process:

  1. Go to Settings -> Integration in the Loyoly back office.

  2. Please enter your details:

    1. URL API

    2. Domain

    3. Username

    4. Password

As soon as the integration is connected and the "Make a purchase" mission is activated, customers in the shop will earn points.

Automatically synchronised information:

  • Customer points balance

  • Referral ID

  • Total validated missions

  • Total rewards earned

  • Total referrals made

💡 Once integration is complete, follow this guide to create specific rewards in Cegid.

Automatically validated missions:

When a customer places an order, if their phone number and email address are entered with the opt-in, the missions are automatically validated, if they are activated.

If the birthday date is also entered, the birthday mission is also validated.
