Create rewards for Cegid

Set up rewards for your in-store customers with Cegid integration.

Introduction

After adding the Cegid integration, you can start setting up rewards for your in-store customers.

Create a reward

When creating a reward, two new options are available following the Cegid integration:

  • Voucher

  • Promo code

These options allow you to reward your customers directly via Cegid, in-store or online.

Both news items are also available in the Referral and VIP Rewards sections.


Reward settings

A new option is available in the settings: the sales channel. It allows you to choose where each reward will be available (shop, online, or both).

Next, you will find the same settings as usual: purchase conditions, expiry date, prefix, combination and targeting.

💡If the In store channel is selected, certain options are not available:

  • Purchase type targeted by the discount

  • Expiry date

These settings only apply to online rewards.


Using the reward

  1. Only one code can be used per order in-store.

  2. Customers who have earned a reward can show the "reward earned" email or give the code to the sales assistant.

  3. Once used in-store, the code cannot be reused.

  4. The terms and conditions for using the code (online or in-store) can be found in the Customer Account module.
