Introduction
In this article, we will see how to connect your Trusted Shops account to Loyoly, so your customers can earn points by leaving a review on a product or a merchant. You can choose to give points for this action multiple times or just once.
How to Connect Trusted Shops to Loyoly
Connecting to Trusted Shops is done in two steps:
Log in to Trusted Shops.
Then go to Settings → SSO Client Management.
Click on Create a New Client → Trusted Shops Guide.
Then, enter your company name and a name for your ID so you can easily identify it.
A username and password will be generated.
2. Log in to your Loyoly back office.
Then go to:
Settings → Integrations → Trusted Shops
Copy your client ID and paste it into the Client ID field.
Copy your secret and paste it into the Client Secret field.

⚠️ Points are not awarded automatically. There may be a delay between the customer submitting a review and the mission being validated by the system.
