Introduction

The Wallet performance dashboard is divided into several sections that allow you to analyze results over a selected period of time.
Below is a detailed explanation of the different elements displayed.


Cards

Key metrics

This section displays five key indicators to give you an overall view of your Wallet performance

  • Installed base: total number of active Wallet cards. A card is considered active as long as it has not been uninstalled.

  • Google: total number of Google Wallet cards installed.

  • Apple: total number of Apple Wallet cards installed.

  • Churn rate: percentage of Wallet cards uninstalled over the selected period.

  • Uninstalls: total number of Wallet cards uninstalled during the selected period.

Below, a chart tracks the installation performance of your Wallet cards over the selected period.

  • Green: evolution of the total number of installed cards (Apple + Google)

  • Blue: Google Wallet card installations

  • Grey: Apple Wallet card installations


Notifications

Key metrics

This section presents statistics related to notifications and their performance.

Notification statistics

  • Notifications sent: total number of notifications received by your customers over the selected period.

  • Welcome notifications: number of notifications received by customers when installing their Wallet card.

  • Standard notifications: number of notifications received following a standard (non-automated) send.

  • Automation notifications: number of notifications received through an automation configured in Loyoly.

Below, a chart tracks notification sending performance over the selected period.

  • Green: standard notifications

  • Blue: welcome notifications

  • Grey: automation-related notifications
