Why implement product testing?

Integrating product testing into your strategy can be a major asset to your brand's success. Here are three key reasons why product testing is essential:

  1. Collect authentic reviews: Product testing enables you to quickly collect the first authentic reviews from real users, improving confidence in your products as soon as they are launched.

  2. Activate word-of-mouth: Involving users in product testing encourages the sharing of positive experiences on social networks, creating organic buzz and extending your brand's reach.

  3. Improve conversion rates: By rewarding customers for their creative content and reviews, product testing encourages engagement and can lead to better conversion, helping to build customer loyalty and reduce acquisition costs.

Overview

Loyoly offers a complete, intuitive solution for product testing campaigns. The process takes place in five steps: create a product test, manage the applications, carry out the dispatches, and analyze the returns.

Creating a product test

There are five key steps to creating a product test with Loyoly:

  1. Product: Select the product to be promoted. Add an image and a detailed description, including usage tips to guide testers.

  2. Parameters: Set test start and end dates. Determine the number of applications to be accepted and choose your product's distribution method.

  3. Recruitment: Develop targeted questions to better understand and select your ideal testers. Add the instagram account to retrieve data such as number of followers and engagement rate. Don't forget to include the address to send your products.

  4. Missions: Define specific missions for this test. Testers can earn points by completing these missions.

  5. Targeting: Determine which users will be able to participate in the product test.

📝 Note: testers will need to go to the product testing section to complete the corresponding missions and earn their points.

Managing applications

As soon as a user applies for a product test, you can find them in this tab.

Use filters to select the most suitable candidates from the list of applicants. Once the decision has been made, candidates automatically receive an e-mail informing them whether their application has been accepted or rejected.

Sending

Once testers have been selected and the distribution method chosen is manual, information about the dispatch of their products is available in the Send rewards tab.
