Create a product test
In the Product testing - Programs tab, you'll be able to create a product test. There are five steps to the process: product, parameters, recruitment, missions and targeting. Let's take a look at these steps in detail.
Product
Enter the product you'd like your users to test, and add a description and image. You can also include your testing approach and recommendations on how to use the product.
On the right, preview how your product test will be displayed.
Settings
Users will be able to apply for a given period. Next, the number of products corresponds to the number of applications you will accept for this product test.
Then choose the product distribution method. If you select the manual method, the mailings will be found in the Send Rewards tab.
Recruitment
Develop targeted questions to better understand and select your ideal testers.
Profile questions: ask your testers basic questions such as name, phone number, gender and address.
Social networks: ask for your tester's Instagram account to retrieve data such as number of followers and engagement rate.
Questions related to your product: add multiple-choice questions, or free-form fields to ask your audience about the use of your products.
📝 Note: don't forget to include the address to send the products.
Missions
In addition to the product received, users will be able to carry out missions to earn extra points.
The missions available are the same as those in the Programs - Missions tab. You can add missions according to your objectives:
Generate UGC: send us a photo, send us a video
Create engagement: publish a story, publish a tiktok
Collect reviews: leave us a review on our site, leave us a review on google
To stay focused on your objectives, don't add more than 5 missions. Offer a mix of content and social networking missions.
📝 Note: testers will need to go to the product testing section to complete the corresponding missions and earn their points.
Targeting
As with classic missions and rewards, you can choose to apply product tests to lists of users.
