Introduction

A key concept in your program: managing the number of points to be earned and the rewards to be obtained. As a reminder, your users can earn points in three different ways:

  • by completing missions

  • by making purchases

  • via referral (for the referrer only)

They can then exchange their points for rewards.

💡 Points acquired via missions, loyalty & sponsorship are set by default. We invite you to adjust them according to your goals and activity.

Missions

It's a good idea to offer missions with different levels of commitment, in order to attract as many customers as possible.

Missions requiring little commitment will be rewarded with few points, unlike those requiring a high level of commitment.

For example:

  • Subscribe to social networks: 30 points

  • Subscribe to our newsletter: 50 points

  • Leave a review on Google or Trustpilot: 100 points

  • Publish a story: 200 points

  • Unboxing video: 400 points

Loyalty

By default, customers earn 5 points per euro spent. If you then offer a reward of 5 euros for 500 points, this amounts to 5% cashback.

Of course, these parameters are adjustable. Here are our recommendations by business sector:

  • Fashion and apparel: 5 to 10% cashback

  • Electronics: 3 to 8% cashback

  • Furniture and home furnishings: 7 to 12% cashback

  • Food and groceries: 2 to 5% cashback

  • Travel and accommodation: 3 to 10% cashback

  • Fitness and well-being: 5 to 15% cashback

  • Beauty and skincare: 6 to 12% cashback

  • Toys and children's items: 4 to 8% cashback

📢 Coming soon: two new options will be available in your loyalty area to reward purchases: you'll be able to reward users on their number of purchases or the amount spent.

Rewards

The rewards you offer should motivate users to complete missions or place orders.

To help you do this, you can create reward tiers and offer graduated rewards. For example:

  1. Free shipping : 150 points

  2. A free product: tote bag, scrunchie, pins, goodies : 300 points

  3. A promotional code or voucher for a small amount : 500 points

  4. A higher-value product : 1000 points

💡 If the loyalty module is enabled, you can also add a reward that will not be accessible by completing all missions. The user will also have to earn points via purchases.

This reward can be customized, allowing you to create a totally unique experience.
