Introduction
In this article, you'll find out how to create and set up a "Complete your phone number" mission.
This classic mission allows users to quickly earn points which they can then exchange for rewards.
Why activate this mission?
Asking your customers to fill in their telephone numbers allows you to maintain regular, personalised communication, while offering customers exclusive benefits and relevant information that will boost their loyalty and satisfaction.
What are the benefits?
The customer's mobile phone number is the best data for uniquely identifying them in your loyalty programme database.
Adding Yotpo SMS or Klavyo integration to Loyoly allows you to synchronise the telephone numbers collected. This way you can promote customer acquisition via sponsorship text messages.

Create the mission
Go to the Missions area, where you can create and modify your missions. By clicking on "Create a mission", you will have access to the library of missions and to the one dedicated to "Phone number collection".

Setting up the mission
Once you've clicked Create, you can set up the mission.
Name the assignment
Ask your customer to "fill in their telephone number" as in the example above.
The points
We've established a default standard based on the level of commitment the assignment requires from your customers. The aim here is to make the assignment attractive to your customers. The appeal lies in the right adjustment of the points you decide to award.
Icon
We suggest you import an image or logo that is representative of your brand.
Apply to a list of users
You can link your mission to lists or VIP levels.
You can then Save and Exit to leave your mission as a draft or Activate to publish your mission, which will then be available in your programme.

Checking the mission
Once the mission has been completed, it is automatically checked by our algorithms.

No, the mission "fill in your telephone number" cannot be added more than once.
