Introduction

In this article, you will discover how to create and set up a "Complete a form" mission.

This mission enables users to quickly earn points which they can then exchange for rewards.


Why activate this mission?

The Typeform form is a powerful tool in a loyalty programme. It allows you to gather valuable information, improve customer engagement and satisfaction, and optimise your products, services and marketing strategies.

Ultimately, it will help you to better understand your customers, while strengthening their loyalty.

What are the benefits?

  2. Customer feedback obtained via forms can be used to improve products and services, thus better meeting consumer needs.


Create a mission

Go to the Missions area, where you can create and modify your missions. By clicking on "Create a mission", you will have access to the library of missions and to the one dedicated to "Complete a form".

✨Concerning this mission, it require you to have linked your Typeform account from the Integration area before you can create the mission.


Setting up the mission

After clicking on Create, you can set up the mission.

  • Name the assignment

Ask your customer to complete the form, as shown in the example above.

  • The points

We have established a default standard based on the level of commitment the assignment requires from your customers. The aim here is to make the assignment attractive to your customers. Attractiveness lies in the right adjustment of the points you decide to award.

  • Link to your typeform

Add the link to complete your Typeform form.

  • Apply to a list of users

You'll be able to link your mission to VIP lists or tiers.

📝 Note: if users are targeted, they must be logged in to see the mission.

  • Icon

We suggest you import an image or logo to represent your mission.

You can then Save and Exit to leave your mission in draft form or Activate to publish your mission, which will then be available in your programme.


Checking the mission

Once an assignment has been completed, it is automatically checked by our algorithms. It is validated if the form has been completed correctly.


Frequently asked question

Can I add the same assignment several times?

Yes. Once your users have completed an assignment, you can deactivate it to recreate another one.
