Introduction

In this article, we'll show you how to create and set up a "Quizz" mission.

This classic mission allows users to quickly earn points which they can then exchange for rewards.


Why activate this mission?

Integrating quizzes into a loyalty programme is an effective strategy for engaging your customers interactively. Not only does it increase customer engagement and loyalty, it also allows you to promote your products in an innovative way.

What are the benefits?

  1. Loyalty is strengthened: quizzes linked to loyalty points motivate your customers to continue interacting with you. Completing quizzes and receiving rewards creates a sense of achievement and satisfaction among customers, encouraging them to return.

  2. An original way of promoting your products: use quizzes to promote your new products in a creative and non-intrusive way. They can also help educate your customers about the use or benefits of certain of your brand's products.


Create a mission

Go to the Missions area, where you can create and modify your missions. By clicking on "Create a mission", you will have access to the library of missions and to the one dedicated to "Make a quizz".

Here is an overview of the task to be carried out for users



Setting up the mission

Once you've clicked Create, you can set up the mission

  • Name the assignment

Tell your client to "Produce a quiz".

  • The points

We have established a default standard based on the level of commitment the assignment requires from your customers. The aim here is to make the assignment attractive to your customers. The appeal lies in the right adjustment of the points you decide to award.

  • Ask a question

Start by formulating a question for your customers. This question can be about your products, your services or subjects related to your brand.

  • Identify the correct answer

Clearly indicate which answer is the correct one once the customer has made their choice.

  • Offer 3 answers

Offer three answer choices other than the one identified as the correct answer. This encourages customers to think and engage more deeply with the content.

We suggest you import an image, a logo representative of your brand.

  • Apply to a list of users

You can link your mission to lists or VIP levels.

You can then Save and Exit to leave your mission as a draft or Activate to publish your mission, which will then be available in your programme.

Checking the mission

Once an assignment has been completed, it is automatically checked by our algorithms. It is validated if the answer provided by your customers corresponds to the one you defined beforehand.


Frequently asked question

Can I add the same mission several times?

You can add the same mission several times. Once the mission has been completed by your users, you can deactivate it to recreate another one.
