Connect your existing LTL carrier accounts to see your own negotiated rates directly in the LTL Select portal. This process is managed through our secure integration with our partner, Project44 (P44), to ensure a reliable connection.
Before You Begin
To connect a carrier, you will need the specific login credentials (such as a Username, Password, Account Number, or API Key) that your carrier provides for third-party integrations.
You will likely need to contact your carrier's account representative to obtain this information before you start.
Add A Carrier In LTL Select
1. Navigate to the Carriers Section From the main menu (☰) on the top-left, select Locations. Scroll down the page until you find the Carriers box.
2. Open the Connection Portal Click the + Add Carrier button. You will be redirected to our carrier portal to manage your carrier connections.
3. Select Your Carrier Find your carrier in the alphabetical list and click the Select button next to their name.
4. Follow On-Screen Instructions Instructions will typically appear on the right side of the screen. These will guide you on the specific credentials needed from that carrier and where to find them. (Note: Not all carriers provide additional instructions. See the troubleshooting section below if this happens.)
5. Enter Credentials and Submit Once you have obtained the required information from your carrier, enter it into the provided fields and click Submit to finalize the connection.
After a successful connection, you will begin to see your own rates from that carrier when you request a quote.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
"What if my carrier isn't on the list?" If you cannot find your carrier, please ask your carrier representative to email support@project44.com. Their team can work with the carrier to get them added to the network.
"What if there are no instructions for my selected carrier?" Some carriers have a unique setup process. If no instructions appear after you select your carrier, please email our support team at support@ltlselect.com, and we will provide further assistance.
"What if the connection fails after I submit my credentials?" First, please double-check that the information you entered is exactly what your carrier provided. If it continues to fail, contact your carrier representative to confirm you have the correct and active credentials for a Project44 integration.
If I have multiple locations, do I need to add the carrier to each location? Yes, it is crucial to add the carrier for each account to obtain rates for each individual account. If you have multiple locations in LTL Select, you may need to add the same information across all your accounts.
