Tracking a Shipment

How to track your shipment on LTL Select

Updated this week

Tracking updates are accessible for shipments that have been arranged through the LTL Select website using the Bill of Lading (BOL) and the tracking number generated by LTL Select.

To track a shipment within LTL Select, begin by identifying the shipment on your dashboard and then click on the downward arrow located on the far right to expand the corresponding information box.

Once expanded, each phase of the shipment is numbered from 1 through 5. Each box will be marked as the shipment is scanned, and the carrier submits status updates to LTL Select, tracking the shipment's progress until it reaches its final destination.

For more comprehensive information about a shipment, including the Tracking ID (Pro), BOL, Pickup (PU), Quote ID Numbers, Origin (Ship From), Destination (Ship To), Pickup and Delivery Requirements, Line Items, notifications, and alerts, simply click the "Order Details" button located on the far right.

Note: Shipments booked via a different website, BOL, or reference number are not visible within LTL Select. To obtain tracking information for such shipments, you will need to contact the carrier directly, either by phone or through their online platform. Shipments must be booked through the LTL Select platform to appear on your dashboard. Double-check the booking origin if a shipment is missing, and contact the vendor or carrier for non-visible shipments booked outside the platform. If you're having trouble accessing necessary shipment documents like the BOL or pallet labels, clear your browser’s cache, delete cookies, or refresh the page as a common troubleshooting measure.
