How to share shipment related documents.

There are four ways to Share (email) the BOL/Labels. After booking a shipment you should be automatically be redirected to the Order Details page. At the top right of the page are the Ship Again, Rates, Share buttons.

1.) The first is to click Share. After Share, the Share Attachments box will pop up.

To Share (email) both the BOL and the Labels check the Select Documents box at the top. To Share (email) either the BOL or the Labels alone check the BOL box or the Labels box.

Next under where it says Add Recipients either enter the Recipients email address and press the Return key or the + sign on the right so it populates in the pill shaped box below

Or

Click on the down arrow to the far right of where it says Select From Contact and choose a Contact from the Pull Down Menu. Under where it says language click the down arrow on the right to choose the language. Once the document is ready to Send, click Send on the bottom right.

2. The second is in the Identifiers box on the Order Details under where it says Documents. Click on the BOL or Labels file icon for the Manage Document box to pop up. Click Share and repeat the steps above.

3. The third is to scroll down on the Order Details page to the Documents box.

Click Share or click on the BOL file icon for the Manage Document box to pop up. Click Share and repeat the steps above.

4. The fourth way to Share (email) a BOL or Labels is by going to the Dashboard page.

Click on the LTL Select logo at the top or clicking on the Hamburger menu to the left of the logo and clicking Dashboard. On the Dashboard click on the DISPATCHED shipment to expand it. Under where it says Documents, Click on the BOL or Labels file icon for the Manage Document box to pop up. Click Share and repeat the steps above.

NOTE: Once shipment is booked/DISPATCHED and a BOL is generated it can NOT be edited or changed in LTL Select. To make changes you will need to call the local terminal/hub. The contact information for the local terminal/hub can be found by clicking on the shipment in your dashboard, on the far right under where it says Service Center.
