NOTE: Users can print from anywhere on LTL Select by either right clicking to print the screen or from the browser print menu.
After booking a shipment you should be automatically be redirected to the Order Details page
At the top right of the page are the Ship Again, Rates (to review all of the quotes from the shipment and Share buttons)
There are three ways to Print the BOL/Labels
The first is in the Identifiers box under where it says Documents
Click on the BOL or Labels file icon, for the Manage Document box to pop up
Click the Print button
After clicking the Print button the Print Preview page will pop up
NOTE: These examples were taken using a Mac, Windows Print Preview page will look slightly different
To adjust how your BOL/Labels will print
Click More Settings and select options from the pull down menus accordingly
Once the document is ready to Print, click the Print button
To Cancel click the Cancel to the left of the Print button
The BOL/Labels can also be saved as a PDF
Where it says Destination click on the down arrow on the far right to expand the pull down menu
Select Save as PDF and click the Save button
To Cancel click the Cancel to the left of the Print button. For troubleshooting scaling issues with shipping labels, download the labels or BOLs and adjust the size or format locally using your device’s editing software before printing
The second is to scroll down on the Order Details page to the Documents box
Click on the BOL or Labels file icon, for the Manage Document box to pop up and
repeat the steps above
NOTE: To add files click on the box that says Drag and drop, or click here to attach a file (.pdf, .png, or .jpeg)
Troubleshooting Printing and Appearance Issues
Shipping Label Scaling Problems If your shipping labels are not scaling correctly for your printer, note that LTL Select does not allow for changes to the printing format directly. Follow these steps instead:
Download the document onto your device.
Use your device’s editing software to adjust the size or format for your printer.
By doing this, you ensure your label fits the intended format and print settings.
Differences in Document Appearance On certain occasions, your BOL or shipping labels might appear different from normal. This often occurs because of temporary technical outages in the system. During such outages, LTL Select generates a generic document to avoid shipping delays.
Why it Happens: Temporary technical outages may hinder customized document generation.
What to Do: Use the generic document provided as it remains valid and functional for your shipment.
This section ensures users can manage any issues that may appear after printing labels or BOLs.
Lastly, the third and final way to Print the BOL or Labels is by going to the Dashboard page
Clicking on the LTL Select logo at the top or clicking on the Hamburger menu to the left of the logo and clicking Dashboard
On the Dashboard click on the DISPATCHED shipment to expand it
Under where it says Documents
Click on the BOL or Labels file icon, for the Manage Document box to pop up
Click the Print button and repeat the steps above
