You can now include up to five addresses in a single Lugg trip. When you start a booking in the app, enter your pickup and first drop‑off address. You’ll then see an “Add stop” button—tap this to add another address. Repeat until you have up to five total stops.
You can reorder your stops before you confirm your booking by tapping the list of addresses and dragging them into the order you want.
The route and price will update automatically. The total cost of your Lugg depends on the vehicle type, the miles driven between each stop, the time spent loading and unloading at each location, and a variable booking fee. Each additional stop increases both mileage and labor time, so your total cost will go up accordingly.
If you need to change your route after booking, you can do so directly in the app as long as your movers haven’t been dispatched. Open your active Lugg, select “Edit route,” and update or reorder your stops. Once your Lugg is in progress, you can still add a stop by asking your movers to notify dispatch; the extra stop will be added to your route and reflected in your final bill.
After your trip is complete, your receipt will list all of your stops, the route taken, and the final cost.
