Yes! You can use Lugg for junk removal, furniture disposal, and donation pickups — your Luggers handle the drop-off so you don't have to be there. Whether you're getting rid of an old couch, mattress, or appliance, or donating furniture to charity, just set the drop-off location when you book.
Junk removal and disposal
When booking your Lugg, set the drop-off location to your nearest dump or recycling center. Just make sure the facility is open and accepts the type of items you're dropping off. Book a junk removal Lugg.
Your Luggers will pay the disposal fee on-site on your behalf, so you don't need to go with them. The disposal fee (typically $40–$100+, though larger loads can go higher) will be charged to your card after your Lugg, along with a 10% service fee.
Donations
You can also use Lugg for furniture donation pickups by setting the drop-off to a donation center like Goodwill, Salvation Army, or Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Call ahead to confirm the location accepts the household items you're donating — this avoids any issues on the day of your Lugg.

What if the drop-off location rejects my items?
If a disposal or donation center can't accept your items, your Luggers can take them to an alternative location or return them to the original pickup point. Additional time and charges will apply for the return trip.
What items can't Luggers take?
Luggers are not able to transport hazardous materials. This includes chemicals, paint, batteries, propane tanks, and similar items. Check with your local disposal facility for guidance on how to handle hazardous waste.
