Once your Luggers are dispatched, you can call or text them directly. There are a few ways to reach your crew:
In the Lugg app — open your active Lugg and use the call or text buttons
Through your live tracking link — the link sent via text when your Luggers are dispatched includes call and text buttons
On lugg.com — log into your account, go to your active Lugg, and contact your crew from there
Before your Luggers are dispatched
You won't be able to contact your Luggers until they're dispatched to your pickup location. If you need to share details ahead of time — like parking instructions, gate codes, or building access info — you have a couple of options:
Edit your Lugg — tap the pencil icon next to your booking in the app or on lugg.com and update the Description field with any instructions your crew will need
Chat with our support team — use the live chat in the Lugg app or on lugg.com for 24/7 support
Email support — reach out to support@lugg.com and we'll make sure the details are passed along
