Yes! Tipping is completely optional, but if you'd like to show appreciation for a job well done, you can tip your movers directly in the Lugg app or on the website once your move is complete.

How to tip, rate, and review your movers
After your Lugg is complete, you can leave a tip and review from the review screen in the Lugg app or on the website at any time. You'll also receive an email after your move with a direct link to your review screen.
Here is how to tip your movers:
Choose a tip amount: Select a tip percentage (15%, 20%, 25%) or tap Other to enter a custom amount. Select No Tip if you tipped in cash.
Rate your crew: Give your movers a star rating.
Share feedback: Select tags like Efficiency, Teamwork, or Friendliness, and leave a written review about your experience.
Submit your review: Tap Submit review to send your tip, rating, and feedback all at once.
Tipping in cash instead?
If you'd prefer to tip your movers in cash, just select No Tip on the tipping screen so you aren't charged a tip through the app as well. Cash tips can't be modified in the app after the fact. If you accidentally tipped both in cash and in the app, contact Lugg's support team at support@lugg.com and we'll help sort it out.
