Can I book one Lugger?

Lugg Lite is a one-Lugger option for moving or delivering lightweight items like boxes, luggage, small furniture, and marketplace finds. Learn when to book a Lugg Lite vs. a Pickup.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Yes! It's called a Lugg Lite β€” a 1-Lugger option designed for moving or delivering lightweight items that a single mover can handle on their own. No extra help needed.

When to book a Lugg Lite

Lugg Lite is perfect for:

  • A stack of boxes or luggage

  • Lightweight furniture like coffee tables, accent chairs, or barstools

  • Boxed furniture deliveries (from IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, etc.)

  • Lightweight marketplace finds (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc.)

When to book a Lugg Pickup instead

If your items are heavier or bulkier β€” like couches, dressers, mattresses, or appliances β€” book a Lugg Pickup, which comes with two Luggers. A two-person crew can safely handle items up to 200 pounds.

Not sure which to book? A good rule of thumb: if one person could comfortably carry the item, a Lugg Lite will work great. If it takes two people to lift, go with a Pickup.

What if my item is heavier than expected?

If your Lugger arrives and the item is too heavy for one person to move safely, you may be asked to assist with loading and unloading β€” or to have someone available to help. If that's not an option, you can cancel and rebook a Lugg Pickup with a two-person crew. To avoid this, make sure your items match the Lugg Lite weight range when booking.
