The process is fully automated and only requires access to your account email.
Step 1 – Open the login window
On the LumaDock main page, click the Login button:
The sign-in window will open.
Step 2 – Start the password reset
In the sign-in window, click the Forgot? button:
A new window will appear asking for your email address.
Enter the email address associated with your LumaDock account. This should be the same address you used when creating the account.
Click Submit to continue:
Step 3 – Check your email
After submitting the form, a password reset confirmation message will appear:
Check your inbox for an email titled Password reset validation sent from hello@lumadock.com.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder as well.
Step 4 – Set a new password
Open the password reset email and click the link inside it:
The lost password reset page will open in your browser.
Enter your new password and click Save changes:
Step 5 – Sign in to your account
Once the reset is complete, you’ll see a Password reset successful message.
Click Click here to continue to the client area and sign in with your new password.
