What should I be looking out for during the experience?

The two most common benefits that we hear from those who have experienced Lumenate are:

  1. A deep sense of immersion in the present moment. Many report a notable reduction in brain chatter. If you’re struggling with this, try focussing on the visual aspect of the experience.

  2. A sense of being able to observe thoughts, feelings and memories from a different perspective - almost as if from the perspective of a neutral observer.

Generally, if you notice one or both of these it’s a good sign that your doing it correctly. If not, read our tips above around maximising immersion into the experience.
