How to Join Your Company’s LumiQ Plan by Creating an Account

If your company has a LumiQ subscription, you can join it in just a few steps.

✅ Tip: Make sure to use your official work email—that’s how we know you belong to the company.

Here’s how:

  1. Download and open the LumiQ app or go to the Register page on your browser.

  2. Enter your work email (e.g. name@yourcompany.com).

  3. If your company has purchased a LumiQ subscription - you will be asked to verify your email. Check your inbox!

  1. If you are permitted to join, we’ll link you to it automatically once you've verified your email.

  2. You’re in!

⚠️ If your company/firm has not granted you access to the team subscription, you will be put on a LumiQ free trial plan.

FAQ

Q: As the LumiQ Administrator, can I allow anyone with the company email domain to join the LumiQ subscription?

A: Yes, you can request your LumiQ Customer Success Manager to turn on for you.

Q: I used my work email, but I’m on a free trial. What happened?

A: This usually means your company hasn’t granted open access yet. Contact your LumiQ admin or Customer Success Manager to confirm if your email has been approved.

Q: I’m not sure if my company has a LumiQ subscription. How can I find out?

A: Try signing up with your work email. If a subscription exists and you're eligible, you'll get access automatically. Otherwise, you’ll be placed on a free trial and can reach out to our team for help.

Q: I registered using my personal email, I will be on the company subscription?

A: No. If you signed up with a personal email, you won’t be linked to your company’s LumiQ plan. Please contact our Support team, they can ensure you're added to the company subscription.
