If you would like to change your subscription plan, you can do so by:
Navigating to your LumiQ Profile in the web app: https://app.lumiqlearn.com/profile
Clicking the Manage Subscription button if you have an active subscription
You will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal where you can choose to Update Subscription.
If you move from a Lite to a Pro plan, it will take effect immediately and you will be charged the difference between the two plans. Your subscription renewal date will not change.
If you move from a Pro to Lite plan, it will take effect on your subscription renewal date.
