If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by:
Navigating to your LumiQ Profile in the web app: https://app.lumiqlearn.com/profile
Scroll down to the Billings Details section
Click the Cancel Subscription button
OR
If you do not see the Cancel Subscription button, click View Billing Details to open our subscription management tool where you will be able to manage your subscription type and status.
