This article will assist you with logging into your LumiQ account.

If you are having trouble signing in to your account, it may be one of two scenarios:

  1. You have already activated your account and are signing in with the wrong email address

  2. You have already activated your account and are trying to log in using the activation email

1. Logging in with Incorrect Email Address

If you're having trouble logging in, you can try using a different email address that you may have used to activate your account. Usually, users activate their accounts with their personal email address rather than their company email. Give your other email addresses a try.

2. Logging in with the invite email

Please keep in mind that the links provided in the activation email are only valid until you activate your account. This may be the reason why you are facing issues while logging in.

If you are still having trouble signing in, please email help@lumiqlearn.com or select the orange help bubble at the bottom right of the screen, and a member of our support team will be able to provide the correct email address.
