The new easyPoints widget is structured with various widget cards, each containing components of the easyPoints features. What you have set in the easyPoints settings will be applied to the cards.
Point balance and Point redemption
The displayed widget cards vary based on whether the user it logged in or not.
1. When you are logged out
The header will welcome your dear customers with the message, "Welcome to --".
Following components will be:
Login or Sign up
The widget will guide the customers to either log in or sign up to your store.If the birthday reward feature is activated, it showcases the points earned upon sign-up.
How to earn / redeem points
Clicking on these components provides detailed guides on earning and redeeming points.In the "How to earn" page, is a list of how customers can earn points.
In the "How to redeem" page, there is a list of the rules for redemption.
The content will automatically reflect your easyPoints settings.
2. When you are logged in
When you login, the header transforms to display the customer's total point balance and the point redemption button.
If point expiration is activated, the widget will also show the expiration date for the points.
Point redemption
Clicking the "Redeem points" button will open the redemption form, enabling customers to enter the desired points for checkout.
They can also redeem all their existing points by clicking "Use all".
Clicking on the plus and minus will allow customers to adjust 10 points per click.
Customers can redeem from as little as 1 point.
When points are successfully redeemed, the widget displays a confirmation message and an undo button for cancellations.
Other widget cards
Tier status
If the tier feature is activated in easyPoints, the amount of purchase needed for tier maintenance / advancement will be shown in the widget.
Depending on how much they have purchased, the widget will automatically choose what information to show, motivating the customers to purchase more and reach higher tiers.
Customer can also check their progress by clicking on the "EXPLAIN TIERS TO ME" button.
Bonus collection highlights
If the Bonus point collection feature in activated easyPoints, the widget will guide the customers to the collection page, showcasing products in a widget card.
You can gain more access to the collection page and enhance your sales.
Birthday form
If the birthday reward is activated in easyPoints, the widget will display a birthday form, that customers can use to assign their birthdays. Once assigned, the form will no longer be displayed.
News letter subscription
If the subscription reward is activated in easyPoints, the widget showcases points for subscribing, together with a easy signup form.
With 1 click customers can easily subscribe.
Referral rewards
If the referral reward feature is activated in easyPoints, the widget will display points obtainable for a referral, together with a shareable store link.
If someone purchases from this link for the first time, the rewards will get earned.
If you copy this link in the product page, it will link to the same product page, and from other pages, the link will connect to the store homepage.
Daily Check in Reward
Customers are able to claim daily check in rewards everyday. Once claimed, the button will be unavailable for the next 24 hours. This is a great way to motivate customers to access the store frequently.
Customer ID barcode
The widget can display a customers ID as a barcode for POS usages. Please read the following article for detailed information.
Optimal sizing
The widget size is customizable, and can also be displayed as a "mini widget".
It shows essential information in a very small widget, providing customers with required information without disruption.

You can also change the icon image to anything you want.
