Set the amount of points you would like to give to the customers.

By checking the "Set reward per tier" toggle, you can set different amounts of rewards for each tier.

Preparing store front displays for birthday rewards

Customers can register their birthday inside easyPoint Widget or the my-account page. When the feature is activated, the submission form will get displayed automatically.

If You Already Have Existing Customers' Birthday Information

If you already have your customers' birthday information, for example, if you are migrating from another e-commerce site to Shopify, you can use Shopify's CSV feature to migrate the existing customers' birthday information.

  1. Export the customer registration information using Shopify's CSV feature.

  2. Add the birthday information to the "Note" column as follows: "birthday: yyyy-mm-dd"

  3. Import the updated CSV file using the CSV import feature.

  • Please make sure to enter "birthday:" (with a space) followed by "yyyy-mm-dd." If there is no space, the birthday information will not be correctly reflected, so please be careful.

  • This functionality is provided by Shopify, not by our easyPoints system.

    Also, if any issues occur with points reflection due to input errors or other reasons related to the birthday information, our company cannot be held responsible.

  • To use the birthday functionality, you need to request a setup. Please contact us using the link provided, here.

  • The birthday field will only be displayed if the birthday reward setting is enabled.

  • For customers that registered on their birthday, if the registration is completed before 11PM, easyPoints will allocate the rewards points during that day.
