What is a campaign?

You can set a limited amount of time and in that time, the amount of loyalty points customers will receive is increased.

During the campaign period, the customer will be able to receive more points than usual, so they can benefit more by shopping. After the campaign period is over, the point rule will go back to the usual rule, making it very easy to set and use.

Why should I use the campaign feature?

The campaign feature encourages customers to make more purchases and redeem points during the campaign period, which can lead to repeat purchases for point redemption.

By holding Campaigns regularly at intervals like every few months, you can further boost customer retention. Of course, you can also expect an increase in the average order value, thus supporting both store profits and customer satisfaction.

The Campaign feature is included in the Basic Plan. However, if you wish to use it with the Free Plan, you will need to purchase the premium feature "Point Campaign" on the app's settings page or subscription page for a monthly fee of $10.
