How to export

When you click the “Export” button, a pop-up window will appear allowing you to specify the desired time period.

You can select the date range for the data you wish to export.

By unchecking the “Since installation” checkbox, you can freely adjust the start date as well.

  • Preparing the file may take up to one minute, depending on the size of the data.

  • The download will start directly within your browser.

Data contained in the file

If you download the file, it should look like the image below.

Information that you can export is listed below (from left to right)

  • Shopify ID

  • Name

  • Email

  • Balance

  • easyPoints Balance ID

  • Tier

  • Expiration Date

  • Order Points

  • Manual Points

  • Used Points

  • Reward Points

  • Expired Points

When you are exporting a CSV file, you are able to select a specific date. For example, if you select April 1st, the exported CSV file will have information from the day the merchant has installed easyPoints up to April 1st.

If you want to check the number of points awarded on a particular day, such as April 1st, you can do so by exporting CSV files for both March 31st and April 1st separately. Then, you can extract the desired information by deducting the data in the CSV file for March 31st from the one for April 1st.

You can download any file at any time by clicking on its file name.
