What can I import?
The information you can import is listed below.

Details and Input method
- Tier / Minimum tier
You can enter the customer's tier.
The tier is imputted with numbers, starting from 0.
The lowest tier will be 0 and the tier above that will be 1 and above that will be 2 and so on.
Please insert the the number corresponding to the tier you want to apply.
In the minimum tier, you can set the customer's lowest tier.
The customer will never be demoted below the selected tier.
The input method is the same and you have to use numbers for the tier.
- Skip next tier check
If this setting is set to "True", the system will skip the next tier check.
If this setting is set to "False", the tier will be updated as usual.
- The steps to import the CSV
Insert the email address and the information above, in a CSV file and import it in easyPoints. It should look something like this:
